On this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the recorded statements of a third party inculpating the defendant in the crimes charged were properly admitted into evidence under the coconspirators exception to the hearsay rule. In resolving this issue, we must determine whether the use of these recorded statements violated defendants constitutional right "to be confronted with the witnesses against him."
